Congrats Nikki & Matt

Brian's sister got engaged this last weekend and aren't they just the cutest couple!?! Nikki couldn't have picked a better guy. Matt fits into the family perfectly. The wedding date is set for August 28th at the Idaho Falls Temple. To see more pictures of the happy couple go here.

The weather was finally warm enough this weekend to break out the pool so Sadie did a little sunbathing while her dad planted the rest of the garden. I apologize for the nudey shots, but what can I say, my child has a cute bum!




Sadie is TEN MONTHS now and she is just cruising all over the place. We practice walking with her everyday, but I'm sure she is still a few weeks off from mastering it. She has been exercising her vocal cords a lot by screaming and I guess that may be my fault because we had been watching a lot of American Idol up until last week. Her latest thing is she likes to "jump, jump, jump" on everything, and "clap, clap, clap" when she is proud of herself. We just LOVE our little girl!

Mother's Day Weekend

For Mother's Day, Brian's Mom has created a really fun tradition for all the ladies to go on the Music Home Tour around Idaho Falls together. There was one house where there was three little girls rooms decorated to the max. I was in heaven. I got so many great ideas. Brian and his Dad watched all eight kids while we were gone. It was a Happy Mother's Day for us!

Lucky To Be In Love

Brian surprised me on our anniversary and took half the day off so we could go to the movies. I picked 17 Again (poor Brian had to endure). Afterward we went to Kohls and I got a really cute swimsuit top. We ate at Cafe Rio for dinner and it was superb! So delicious! It was a really nice day of celebrating and reminiscing.


My latest article was just published. I can't wait to see it in all it's glory (I haven't got my copy yet)!
