Sneak Peak

 We did a photo trade with a friend tonight in the wheat field. It has become a fun tradition and I think it will be cool to look back over the years and be able to compare them all and see how I family has grown. These are two that I edited tonight. I LOVE how the blue turned out against the wheat! Thanks Amber!!!

More Yellowstone

I wanted to try out some new textures, so here are a few that I played with... We had a great time a few weeks ago enjoying nature in Yellowstone with the girls. This field had a sign  in it saying, “Beware of Bears Beyond This Point”. They sure know how to scare a three-yr-old!

Kinda Excited About This One!!!

I just won a contest! I don't really enter that many, but I have had amazing luck with the ones I have entered. This one is great because I am not a seamstress and wanted something just like this...SWEET!

Since it was the highlight of our Yellowstone trip this year, I figured the waterslide or “water-splash” as Sadie liked to call it, deserved it’s own post...

Both girls were fearless on the waterslide and we took them over and over. Then we would go back and sit in the hot tub to warm up. It was nice that there were two hot tubs so we got an entire one to ourselves. This was our second time staying at this hotel, but we didn’t utilize the slide as much the first time since Sadie was only two months old. On this trip we went the night we got there and also the next morning so we had lot of slide time.

Sadie’s Three-Yr-Old Photo Shoot

Every time I go to take pictures of families or kids, Sadie always wants to go with me (I can’t wait until she can go and be my assistant). So she was so super excited when I told her that it was her turn to come on a photo-shoot. I haven’t done an individual shoot with her for such a long time. We went and picked up balloons, took a break half-way through and bought some bubblegum (her favorite), and went to get ice-cream when it was all done. It was a great just being with her one on one and enjoying her sweet personality!
