What We Do For Fun

Whenever I take a shower Sadie smashes her face up against the shower door (not as much as in these pics:) but you get the idea). I kept thinking it would make a funny picture!

This has been a summer of snowcones. Brian always gets the Maui Wowee and I always get the coconut cream with half the flavoring they put on a normal one. Actually this last time I got a third of the flavoring and it was SO refreshing. It will be a sad day when they load up the Sno Shack and haul it off!

Sadie and I like to go to Jamba Juice and then to Great Harvest for a free slice of bread. I just figured out this last time that they have little cups, lids and mini straws that are a perfect size for Sadie. I always get the Bright-Eyed and Blueberry and substitute one scoop of blackberries for strawberries. It sounds good just thinking about it!

We went to IHOP this last Saturday with the Stewart's and man doesn't she just look like a Stewart?!? That is usually the first thing people say about Sadie since pretty much everyone in Idaho Falls knows of the Stewart family.

I've been on the computer a lot editing pictures and for my calling and Brian has been needing it to study to take the GMAT in the next little while so we decided he is going to need a laptop. Even though it was already decided I thought I should dare him to eat my jalapenos from my "Fire Nachos" from Taco Bell just because. Aren't I mean? That has been the one big difference with this pregnancy compared to my first is I just LOVE Mexican food. Especially Seven Layer Burritos.

Isn't it funny how food becomes such a fascinating topic, worthy of a blog post even, when you are pregnant and hungry all the time?!?

What Do You Think?

I found this picture on a blog today and I am wondering if this is my next project. We would just have to give our hope chest a makeover and add this wall molding to the entry. SO CUTE HUH?!?

Wheat Field

Can I just tell you how much I love pictures of feet...well shoes I guess! My friend Amber and I decided to do a photography swap and go take advantage of the beautiful wheat fields around us before they are all harvested.

I am just kicking myself for not doing this earlier since I am already big and pregnant and not feeling cute whatsoever, but I still LOVE all the pictures. Thanks Amber!

Here are some pictures I took while we were out there...

I just l♥ve this little girl!

Youth Jam & Reed's Dairy Day

I had seen the Roaring Youth Jam going on in years past and I kinda wanted to go, but it is really something you have to take a child to enjoy so lucky me I had my Sadie girl and we went and enjoyed the festivities.

We made a sparkly pine cone that she managed to drop somewhere along our walk (which I was grateful for because where are you suppose to put a sparkly pine cone) and we got a balloon, a free pass to go to the movies, great harvest bread and jamba juices. It was a nice little activity.

We went back with Brian on Saturday and watched the ducks get dropped into the river. It probably would have been more exciting if we had actually bought a duck or could see them go over the falls, but we were way too far away. Things to think about next year :)

On Saturday we also went to the Reed's Dairy Day and got a tour of the dairy and the farm. Sadie loved the petting zoo, but thought the pigs were disgusting. We saw so many of our friends, there. It was definitely the place to be! Although I HATE the smell of the dairy with a passion it is still kinda cool to have it close by.

Please be real, please be real!!!

This video would be the best stunt ever if it were real (which I highly doubt), but I like it anyway.

Mad Skillz

Yes this picture might look a little similar to the one below, but I was just going through pictures on my "small camera" and forgot we had this on it. I really like how Sadie is not too sure about this new baby!

Going on a walk around The Village is fine and all, but if you want some real action head on over to Tautphaus Park. We felt like we stepped into the X-Games or something. The skateboarders and bikers were pulling some really cool tricks and Sadie was enthralled for a good ten minutes.

Sadie thought picking her Dad's nose was fun too!
