This has become one of the best Halloween traditions we've started. The girls love looking back on the pictures from the 2nd and 1st parties we did, so they were happy when we decided one night after FHE to have the party! It consists of donuts on a string, bobbing for apples, bingo and usually a new game of some sorts.
I was pretty amazed that Bree was actually doing the donut thing right and not using her hands to eat it. She really follows her sisters. So glad for that trait!
Next up. Bobbing for Apples. In the weeks following this activity Bree was asking daily if she could bob for an apple. As if it was going to become an every day activity. I gave in a few times.
After awhile Bree gave up and would just take a bite and then throw the apple back in the cauldron to make a big splash.
This was the new game we tried. You put a piece of candy in the balloon and then the girls have to pop it to get the piece. It surprisingly took a very long time to pop those balloons making a hilarious family video!
Halloween Bingo. Bree went around messing up cards so I can't remember if we ever ended up with a winner.
To start the entire night out we did a lesson with the pumpkins and on repentance.
