Getting pictures before Sadie rushed out the door to catch the 7:50am bus was tricky, but Sadie was ready with some poses for me. This smart girl made it into the PACE program for next year, where they will bus her to another school once a week for some additional classes. According to the PACE pamphlet this program is for "gifted, talented and exceptionally bright students who due to superior academic or intellectual abilities are recommended to be apart of this program." So I am just going to take some credit and pretend I had something to do with her getting into the program because it is always fun to live vicariously through my children and their accomplishments! Way to go Sadie!

Emmy is in afternoon kindergarten so her and Bree got to see a lot of each other this past year.
This is what Emmy did when I told her to hug Bree back!!! What a stinker :)
School has been so good for Emmy! She loves having her place to go each day and she was in the top reading group the entire year. I got to help each Monday and Emmy and her buddy Reagan were such good readers that the teacher would send them to a special spot in the library to pick out harder books to read.
I tried starting this tradition last year of spraying the girls with silly string when they get off of the bus, but it didn't go over too well because Sadie was really upset the last day of school. The girls begged me to do it this year though, so poor Brian had to run to three different stores to find some silly string on his lunch break and bring it home to me to give the girls a fun last day experience. What a trouper!
Bree had her last day of joyschool with her sweet class and we had a pool party in the backyard since all of their older siblings were doing a field day at school!
I didn't make it to field day but luckily one of my friends sent me these fun pictures of Sadie....I wish I had some of Emmy!
