We went to church that morning with Brian's aunt, said goodbye to Grandma and Papa who flew back to Idaho, and then later went for a Sunday drive and ended up at Hermosa Beach. This was Emmy's first time at the beach and she had such a funny reaction when the cold waves hit her legs. This beach was awesome! There was a playground right on the sand, and the town was really cool surrounding it. I picked up a real estate magazine just to check out what was available and then pretended to narrow down which house we were going to buy for our second home. The beach was deserted, but the running trail along the sand was packed.
Emmy had just fallen into the water. Her expression is priceless!!

these pictures are so pretty kelly! what actions do you like to use? my girls totally cried all summer about missing the beach... glad your girls got to experience it all! and congrats on baby #3!!
